Blind Pursue

All of us have this tendency to follow great personalities and try to become like them, we even follow their words and quotes blindly, accepting them as gospel truth. However, should we believe in everything they have mentioned to be true ? Should we pursue the world as they have seen it ? Should we have only one way of looking at their statement when the quote is ambiguous ? Well that requires some art of the brain and I would like to throw some light in this intriguing aspect that we take it for granted today.
The first thing that I would like to draw attention to is something that 21st century has forgotten about; the thing is that we all are different, you cannot be Einstein no matter how hard you may try, neither can I become someone else even if I imitated their entire lifestyle, but why is that so ?  So following every quote of Einstein will not make me achieve things that he has achieved. Each and every person in this domain has his own way of executing things that he feels comfortable with. So we cannot restrain our abilities based on the condition imposed by someone else's life or even the statement given by that person. Let's point out the people who directly are following this trend blindly about accepting and abiding their biological code on the basis of a quote or a statement given by some famous(or brilliantly famous) personality; and we are ones doing this, we, youth of 21st century. Just let me take an example; a student fails in all the papers which actually is devastating, and now he has to give retest, however when asked about his exam, he replies with this quote:
Seriously ???

aka the famous quote for those who ruin their papers and console themselves with this quote of Edison!

Now you tell me if even the minimum 93% students of your class use "imagination"completely while solving a math problem, let’s be frank that we know(or our teachers teach us) how to execute a series of steps some amount of times to get the final answer, yes we absolutely learn these steps through practice and persistence, but is that the same as creativity or your buzz word imagination ? We first possess some amount of basic knowledge about the nature of the sum, and only then creativity follows afterwards inside the process, the exterior process however will directly or indirectly be dictated by the facts or knowledge. So we are may be 60% creative but the residuary is just the information that we have gathered for any problem for that matter.
And for my friends who think they will surely become Bill Gates of tomorrow due to this influential lines:
Seriously? Will you become great if you have a done a thing or two that's actually not okay, but common to this person who achieved success ? It's truly awesome to be inspired by positive quotes of such persons, however we need to be able to distinguish blind pursue from inspiration. Just take a look at this quote again:

However today, companies will probably kick you out if you say, "Hire me because I'm so lazy and I can do the difficult things in the most easy way possible !". Not every statement of a successful person is true in every context, or for every person, or for every scenario that we may face during our journey. I do not mean to object your choices, nor do I wish to impose mine, I'm just showing you how all of us are(/were) pursuing every thing, no-matter how stupid it may look or hear, just because it was told by a person who happened to be a successful and brilliant simultaneously.

I was obsessed with this quote from "A Beautiful Mind", however I have realized that I would become nobody if I would abide by this quote, as today classes are truly necessary for giving us the acceleration needed for life, one also has to be realistic in interpreting the statements given by these men. So this quote(classes will dull your.....) cannot be applied 'to life' itself, however can be followed in other domains 'in life'. It's important to be realistic too (alongside being positive), we live in real world, and have real problems, so sometimes we need ways which are possible to handle a circumstance.
As you can clearly see that some of the quotes even by the influential personalities may be misleading when used in improper context. There are some very realistic statements that we can truly implement in our lives in order to achieve great feats and to fulfill our aspirations.
